The rich99 VIP program rewards players who play regularly. The more active you are across sports betting, live casino, slots, and eBingo, the higher your tier — and the better your benefits get.
Each tier unlocks a new set of benefits. Progress is based on your activity across all sections of the platform — every bet you place on rich99 counts toward your tier standing.
These are the benefits that make a real difference in your day-to-day experience on rich99 as a VIP member.
VIP members move to the front of the withdrawal queue. The higher your tier, the faster your PHP balance reaches your GCash, Maya, or bank account after a request is submitted.
From Gold tier onwards, you are assigned a dedicated account manager who knows your account and can assist directly — no generic support tickets, no long wait times.
Higher VIP tiers unlock dedicated live baccarat and blackjack tables with elevated bet limits. These tables are less crowded and managed by senior dealers in the studio.
Standard account limits are lifted progressively as you move up the VIP ladder. Diamond and Elite members can place larger bets across sports, casino, and live tables without hitting default caps.
VIP rewards on rich99 are based on your actual activity rather than a one-size-fits-all promotion. Your account manager works with you on arrangements that reflect how you use the platform.
Silver tier and above get access to a priority support channel that bypasses the standard queue. Elite members have a direct line to their account team at all times.

Getting started with VIP is automatic. There's no separate application — your activity on rich99 drives your progress.
Register for a free account on rich99 and complete identity verification with a valid Philippine government-issued ID and OTP confirmation. A verified account is required to qualify for VIP tier tracking.
Make your first deposit using GCash, Maya, mobile banking, or bank transfer. All transactions are in Philippine Peso. Your activity points start accumulating from your first qualifying bet after funding.
Activity across all rich99 sections counts toward your VIP progress — sports betting, live casino tables, slots, and eBingo. You don't need to focus on one game type; your overall activity determines tier advancement.
Once your accumulated activity meets the threshold for the next tier, your account is upgraded automatically. You'll receive a notification and your new benefits activate immediately.
VIP tiers are reviewed periodically based on sustained activity. Staying active across your favourite games on rich99 is the most straightforward way to maintain and advance your standing.
A lot of online gaming platforms treat their VIP program as an afterthought — a marketing label attached to a discount code that anyone can access. The rich99 VIP program is designed differently. It's built around the idea that players who are genuinely active on the platform deserve a meaningfully better experience, not just a badge next to their username.
For Philippine players specifically, this matters because the gaming experience often comes down to practical things: how fast can you get your winnings, how easy is it to reach someone when there's a problem, and are the bet limits flexible enough for how you like to play. The rich99 VIP tiers address all three of these directly — each tier delivers real changes to withdrawal speed, support access, and betting flexibility.
From Gold tier onwards, you're assigned a dedicated account manager on rich99. This is one of the most practical VIP benefits available, and it's easy to underestimate until you need it. If you have a question about a transaction, need help with a specific aspect of your account, or want to discuss your activity and what rewards might be available, your account manager handles that directly — no general support queue, no scripted responses.
For players based in Manila, Cebu, or anywhere else in the Philippines who play regularly and want their account managed as a priority, having that direct line makes a noticeable difference compared to the standard support experience.
One of the features players at Gold tier and above look forward to most is access to the VIP live casino rooms. The standard live baccarat, blackjack, and roulette tables on rich99 are open to all players, but VIP rooms have higher table limits and a more controlled environment. If you regularly max out the standard table limits or simply prefer a quieter table with senior dealers, the VIP live casino rooms are worth progressing toward.
Diamond and Elite members get access to the highest-limit rooms on the platform. These tables aren't publicly listed — they're visible only to members who have reached the qualifying tier.
Higher limits and faster access are genuine benefits for players who manage their gaming responsibly. The rich99 VIP program is intended for adults aged 21 and above who treat online gaming as entertainment and play within their financial means. Having access to higher deposit limits doesn't mean using them without a plan — the most sustainable VIP members on rich99 are players who set session budgets and stick to them regardless of what tier they're in.
If at any point you want to set limits on your account or take a break, the tools on the Responsible Gaming page are available to all players regardless of VIP status. Your tier is not affected by using these tools.
The most effective way to use your VIP status on rich99 is to engage with your account manager once you reach Gold tier. They can give you a clear picture of what rewards are available based on your activity, explain the threshold for the next tier, and flag any platform-wide developments that might be relevant to you before they're announced publicly.
VIP status on rich99 is a recognition of consistent, genuine activity — not a one-time milestone. Players who stay engaged across sports betting, live casino, and other sections of the platform naturally progress over time, and the benefits grow in line with that progression.
