1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the rich99 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and rich99.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the rich99 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. The most current version of these terms is always available on this page.

2 Eligibility

To register and use rich99, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming participation applicable to our platform's player base.
• Location: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. rich99 is directed at players in the Philippines.
• Legal capacity: You must be of sound mind and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from online gaming platforms.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of rich99 are not permitted to hold player accounts.

rich99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each person may hold only one registered account on rich99. Registration requires a valid mobile number or email address, and accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine government-issued ID for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and OTP codes — confidential. rich99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify rich99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Contact details are available in Section 13 and in the footer of this page.

• Providing false registration information is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• rich99 may require re-verification of identity at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal request.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on rich99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods currently include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and standard bank transfers. The available methods may change over time — see the Deposit page for the current list.

Deposits: Funds deposited are credited to your rich99 shared wallet and become available for use across all game sections immediately upon confirmed receipt. rich99 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under your verified account name. The following conditions apply:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply — details are available on the Deposit page.
• rich99 may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts.
• Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Funds can only be returned to a payment method held in your own name.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on rich99.

rich99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, rule violation, or pending verification requirements.

5 Game Rules and Conduct

All games available on the rich99 platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and eBingo — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rich99:

• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live table games.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of a technical malfunction, software error, or incorrect odds display. Winnings resulting from such errors are void and will not be paid out.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or initiating chargebacks after funds have been used on the platform.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.

rich99 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform.

For sports betting specifically: bets placed on markets that have already settled, or bets placed using clearly erroneous odds, are void. rich99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in circumstances that indicate manipulation or abuse.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

rich99 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. The availability, structure, and specific conditions of any promotion are determined by rich99 and communicated separately when a promotion is active.

General rules that apply to all promotions on rich99:

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of rich99 and are not guaranteed to any player.
• Each promotion will have its own eligibility requirements, wagering conditions, and expiry period, which will be stated clearly when the promotion is offered.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• rich99 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotional offer and may withdraw or modify a promotion at any time.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including through multi-accounting or coordinated wagering — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

We do not publish specific bonus percentages, minimum deposit amounts for bonuses, or rollover requirements on this page, as these vary per promotion. Current active promotions, if any, are communicated through the platform after login.

7 Responsible Gaming

rich99 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to address financial difficulties.

rich99 will never contact a player to encourage them to increase their deposit amounts or continue playing after a loss. If you receive unsolicited communications of this nature claiming to be from rich99, please report them to our support team immediately.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

rich99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.
• A chargeback initiated by the account holder or their payment provider after funds have been wagered.

Where an account is closed due to a verified rule violation, rich99 may forfeit some or all of the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the player's misconduct, any verified balance will be returned via the account's registered withdrawal method after standard verification checks.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed through the standard procedure before account closure is finalised.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rich99 platform — including but not limited to the rich99 name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of rich99 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any rich99 content without prior written permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the platform.
• Screen recording or streaming of live casino feeds for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

rich99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses caused by:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Internet connectivity problems on the player's side.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events outside of rich99's reasonable control.

rich99's liability to any player in connection with the platform is limited to the verified balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event. rich99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data

rich99 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform security. How we handle your personal information is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering on rich99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to any legal retention requirements that apply to gaming and financial records.

12 Changes to These Terms

rich99 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When a material change is made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active players through the platform or registered contact details.

Your continued use of rich99 after the updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
